Need non-routine maintenance, landscaping or custodial support? Submit a work request. For urgent repairs, athletic buildings and Construction Projects see the information below.

For Emergency Repairs or Safety Issues

If you feel a repair is urgent or could result in an injury, please contact the University Police at (573) 341-4300

For the Multi-Purpose Building

For requests concerning the Multi-Purpose Building, contact Miner Athletics, call 573-341-4175.

For Design and Construction

To modify an existing structure or design a new space, please submit a project request.

How to Use Maximo to Submit Requests
  1. Point your browser to https://maxprod.mst.edu/maximo
  2. Log in with your regular network credentials.

  3. You will be presented with this screen:
    service requests
  1. Click on “Create Service Request.”

  2. You will be presented with a request page to fill out. Click Submit when you have completed the form.

  2. You will be presented with a list of existing requests that you have created:

    1. Click on “Sign Out,” and close the browser window
